We know old habits are hard to break. But, if you’re ready to break from paper statements in the mail, accumulating clutter, and spending too much time paying and filing your bills, we can help.
Here are some of the ways you can enhance the way you manage your finances:
Pay your bills on time, in one place.
Quorum offers a FREE online bill payment service that lets you pay and manage your bills in one place, so you can spend more time doing the things you love.
With bill pay you can receive and pay your cable/internet, utility, and credit card bills from one convenient place. In addition to having your bills sent directly to your account, you can schedule automated payments for when your bills are due or any date you choose. You can set it and forget it!
Need to make one-time payments? No problem! You can also make one-time electronic payments to any service provider or merchant. For those that only accept checks, we've got you covered. If you need to send a check to your landlord, renovator, or someone else who doesn’t accept electronic payments, Quorum will send the checks out on your behalf, for free.
Need another reason to use Bill Pay? Being able to view your transaction history and track all of your bills in one place helps keep your finances—and your day-to-day life—organized!
Ready to use Bill Pay? Log in to online banking today on your laptop or via the mobile app, click on Bill Payment and you can get started!
Go paperless. Reduce clutter (and save some trees).
Online banking gives you instant access to all your Quorum financial records, all stored in one place. By signing up for eStatements, you don’t have to wait for your statements in the mail. No only will this reduce the clutter in your house, but you’ll be saving a few fees too. To start enjoying a more convenient way to receive your statements, follow the instructions provided in the link here.
Take control of your finances with alerts.
If you want to know when your account balance is getting low, if a transfer has gone through, or if someone has gained access to your account through identity theft, you can easily customize your alert and account notifications. If you take the time to set up the proper alert notifications, you can avoid going under a minimum balance needed to earn a specific rate, be alerted anytime there’s any change made to your accounts, or always know how much money you have left to spend. It’s easy to set up; follow the instructions provided here.
