How do I set up automatic or recurring online bill payments?

You can set up automatic or recurring bill payments using the Bill Pay feature in online banking and the mobile banking app. 

Desktop:

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Under "Pay," Select “Bill Payment.”
  3. Select the Payee you wish to set up automatic payments for (or use the search box).
  4. Under the “Make a Payment” section, fill out the required fields.
    1. Be sure to select the Frequency of payments—this will tell us how often to send future payments. Then, specify a Start and End Date to tell us when we should start and stop sending payments.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Mobile App:

  1. Log in to the mobile banking app.
  2. Under “Pay,” select “Make a Payment.”
  3. Select the Payee you wish to set up automatic payments for (or use the search box).
  4. Fill out the required fields.
    1. Be sure to select the Frequency of payments—this will tell us how often to send future payments. Then, specify a Start and End Date to tell us when we should start and stop sending payments.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
