How do I change my address or any other contact information?

To update your address and other contact information online, simply follow these steps: 

1. Log in to online banking or the mobile banking app.
2. Select the profile icon on the top right side of the page, then select Settings > Contact.
3. Select the Edit button for the item you wish to update. (Note: For your security, you will be asked to complete MFA verification by requesting a security code be sent via email or SMS.)
4. Edit the desired information and click Save.

Note: If this is your first time accessing online banking, you will need to enroll.
