How do I deposit funds into my Quorum account?

Use Transfers, Mobile Deposits, Direct Deposit, or Zelle to move money into your Quorum account.

Direct Deposit:

Make the Switch through Your Employer.

Use our ABA Routing & Transit Number 221981335 and your Quorum checking or savings account information. Use the following account number formats to ensure the funds are deposited/withdrawn appropriately:

  • For savings accounts: Provide your account number (your member number) and suffix without dashes. For example, your account number is 123456 and your savings account suffix is 0000, you would use 1234560000. You can view your suffix(es) in online banking. The suffix is the four-digit number listed after the dash in the number under each account name.

  • For checking accounts: Provide the 14-digit account number located on the bottom of your Quorum checks. You can also find this within online banking or the mobile app, by navigating to your checking account, then selecting Account Details.

Electronic ACH Deposit:

To make an electronic ACH deposit, use Quorum's ABA Routing & Transit Number 221981335 and your checking or savings account information when setting up electronic deposits with Social Security, your investment broker, or other third parties.

Mobile Deposit:

  1. Download the Quorum mobile banking app for either iOS or Android.
  2. Click on "Deposit" from the main menu.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete the process.
  4. Be sure to properly sign/endorse check (write "For Quorum FCU mobile deposit" under your signature).

Transfers:

You must be the owner of the External Account and be able to provide documentation if requested by Quorum.

External Transfers allow you to easily schedule transfers (one-time or recurring) to/from your account at another U.S. financial institution via online and mobile banking. To set up an External Account*, please follow the steps below.

Deposit-taking ATM or Shared Service Center:

Use our Service Finder to locate your nearest deposit-taking ATMs and Shared Service Centers. You can then easily make a deposit by ATM or teller. You may also make deposits at a Quorum Service Center or kiosk at your workplace, if available.

Please note: Cash deposit limits vary by Shared Service Center. Additionally, we must have your valid photo ID information on file with us to use a shared service center.

To provide/update your photo ID information:

  1. Log in to online banking at quorumfcu.org.

  2. Click on “Other Services” under the “More” menu.

  3. Under Forms, select “Submit Member ID Information,” and click “Continue,”
