How do I make a loan/credit card payment?

Instructions on how to make payments to your loan will vary based on the loan you have with us.

 

Payments to Quorum loans  require online/mobile banking access. If you are not yet registered in online banking, download the Quorum mobile app or click here.

For HELOCs and Home Equity Loans

You have three options available via mobile and online banking once you log in to your account:

  • Option 1: Select Home Equity under Accounts. You'll be directed to the Home Equity Loan portal where you'll be  able to set up payments online.

  • Option 2: Use the Transfers feature by clicking on Transfers from the Move Money menu, then transfer funds from a Quorum savings/checking account to your Home Equity Loan. (If you are transferring funds from another bank (external) account, you’ll need to move the funds from your external account to a Quorum savings/checking account.

  • Option 3*: Use our FREE Bill Pay service by clicking on Bill Payment from the Move Money menu, then Add Payee. Follow the prompts to complete the process (be sure to use the payment details provided in your monthly HELOC statement.)

*This service requires a Quorum checking.

 

For 1st Mortgages

Access your mortgage account in online or mobile banking by selecting the First Mortgage link located under the Accounts header menu.

 

For Credit Cards

Log in to your account via the mobile app or online banking

  • Option 1: Via the Credit Card Portal.

    • Under Accounts, select Credit Card. If you’ve never accessed this link before, you will be brought to a registration screen. Follow the prompts to register your card.If you’ve accessed this link in the past, you will be redirected to the Credit Card only section of online banking. Once there, click on “Add a new card” under Quick Links, then follow the prompts to add your new card. Once you’ve registered/added your new card, you can start making payments to your card. You can choose to make one-time or recurring payments.

  • Option 2: Make a payment using the Transfer function.

    • Select Transfer, from the Move Money menu and transfer funds from an existing Quorum account to your Quorum credit card.

All Other Loans

Use the Transfers feature to pay your loans. This service is available in both online banking and our mobile app.
