I have not received my SMS text message or email security verification code (MFA) to log in to online banking. What do I do?
If you have not received your SMS text message or email security verification code, also referred to as the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code, to access online banking, please follow the steps below:
To receive your email code: Please allow a few minutes to receive the email. The screen shows the number of minutes you have to receive the code and input it to continue. If you do not see the email, first check your email's spam or junk folder. If you are unable to locate the email, follow the steps below.
-
While on the security verification page to enter the code, select the Back button.
-
Select SMS as the verification method instead of email.
-
Choose your Mobile Number.
-
Select the Send Code button.
-
After receiving the code via SMS text, enter it and then select the Verify button.
If you have not previously registered a mobile number to receive SMS text messages, you may need to enable SMS alerts from us.
-
To do this, simply log in to your Quorum account, select the profile icon at the top right corner of the screen, select Contact, add your mobile number, then Enable SMS text messages.
- Once you've enabled this, you can then go to Settings > Security. Under Two-Factor Authentication, turn on SMS.
If you are still unable to receive your MFA code, please contact us at (800) 874-5544, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET.
