How do I dispute a debit/credit card transaction?

To Dispute a Credit Card Transaction:

Please contact cardholder services at 800-874-5544 (option 5, then option 3, then 1 and follow the prompts). Transaction disputes must be made within 60 days after the statement issue date on which the activity appears.

To Dispute a Debit Card Transaction:

Follow the steps below to submit a Debit Card dispute in online or mobile banking.

  1. Desktop: select "Account Services," the "Transaction Dispute" and follow on screen instructions to submit a debit card dispute.
  2. Mobile: select "More," located at the bottom of the app, then "Account Services," and choose "Transaction Dispute." Follow the instructions to submit a debit card dispute.

We will issue provisional credit to your account within 10 business days of receiving your completed form. Transaction disputes must be made within 60 days after the statement issue date on which the activity appears.

To protect the security of your account and your identity, please be alert of scammers and phishing attempts, and remember that Quorum would never call or contact you to ask you for the following information which can be used to access your accounts: 

  • Your online banking credentials which include the username and/or password associated with your account.
  • Your personal identification number (PIN) to your card
  • We will never refer you to a website other than quorumfcu.org or ask you to contact us at a phone number other than the following numbers: (888) 918-7313, (914) 641-3700 or (800) 874-5544.
