What is my account number (or member number)?

To locate your account number, also known as your member number, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your account via the mobile app.
  2. From the Accounts screen, click on any of your accounts to access the transaction history.
  3. Above the transaction history, click on the ‘eye’ icon to unmask your full account number.

If you have misplaced or forgotten your account number, please contact us at (800) 874-5544, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, and follow the automated prompts to speak with a Member Services Representative. For security purposes, we will not include any account numbers via email.
