What is Quorum doing to protect my personal and financial information and what should I be doing too?

Quorum is committed to the safety and security of our members' personal and financial information.

All companies face cybersecurity risks and those risks are ever evolving. We have security measures in place to help protect against these risks to keep your data safe. In the event Quorum is affected by a cybersecurity incident and personal data is involved, we will notify the affected members in accordance with regulatory requirements.

We encourage you to stay vigilant as well. Some ways you can do this include staying alert to phishing scams, using strong passwords, opting into two-factor authentication when available, avoiding unsecured public Wi-Fi, keeping devices up-to-date, and monitoring your accounts regularly through account alerts and by reviewing transactions and activity. If you see charges or activity that you did not authorize, contact the relevant financial institution or credit bureau immediately.
