Let's set up your Probate Express Estate Account.

You will need to provide your information to establish an account with Quorum.

You will need to provide the Executor's information to establish an account for them.

Be prepared to upload the REQUIRED documents during this process. You will not be able to complete this application without the following:

  • Executor or Administrator’s Valid IDIdentification of the person managing the estate.

  • Certified Copy of Death Certificate: Official proof of the decedent’s death.

  • Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration: Court-issued documents authorizing the executor or administrator to manage the estate. For co-independent executors, meaning each executor can act independently without needing the other’s approval, the letters must explicitly state this arrangement.

  • EIN Letter for the Estate from the IRS (You can apply for the Estate’s EIN by clicking here)

When you place a security freeze, we cannot access your credit report. This prevents us approving and opening an estate account in your name. To let us access your credit files to create the estate account, you will need to lift your credit freeze temporarily.

By clicking Start My Application above, you allow Quorum to store and process the information you've provided. Quorum is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We’ll only use your information to send relevant information about our products and services. We promise never to abuse this privilege.
Important Information:

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.
