The Executor of the estate will need to establish an account with Quorum.
Be prepared to upload the following REQUIRED documents during this application process.

If you do not have these documents, you will not be able to complete the online account set up. 

1. Executor or Administrator’s Valid ID: Identification of the person managing the estate.
2. Certified Copy of Death Certificate: Official proof of the decedent’s death.
3. Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration: Court-issued documents authorizing the executor or            administrator to manage the estate. For co-independent executors, meaning each executor can act independently without needing the other’s approval, the letters must explicitly state this arrangement.
